The Diag 264 by Rob Clark is a diagnostic tool for TED-based machines such as the C16 and Plus 4.

It replaces the Kernal of the host machine and therefore bypass the normal start-up routines, making it a superior tool for identifying RAM problems on an otherwise dead system.
